A non-alcoholic drink made with cucumbers, lemon, and sage. Light and super-refreshing, it's a sweet and low cal as you want it to be.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 cups sparkling water (tap water would be fine)
  • 2 cups cucumber
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon rind
  • 2 tablespoons sage (finely chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons sweetener of choice (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until well mixed. Serve over ice and garnish with cucumber or lemon slices and a sprig of sage.
