Plant-based Caesar Salad made with a lemony Avocado Caesar Dressing, vegan parmesan, and vegan bacon bits.
Servings: 4 side salads
- 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Avocado Caesar Dressing
- 1/4 cup 1-Minute Plant-Based Parmesan
- 1/4 cup 1-Minute Vegan Bacon Bits
- 1/2 cup shredded vegan parmesan (plus extra for garnish)
- black pepper (to taste)
The salad is best served fresh. You can store leftovers in the fridge for a day or two.d
