Ingredients

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Avocado Caesar Dressing
  • 1/4 cup 1-Minute Plant-Based Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup 1-Minute Vegan Bacon Bits
  • 1/2 cup shredded vegan parmesan (plus extra for garnish)
  • black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Put the lettuce in a large bowl. Stir in the Avocado Caesar Dressing and then the remaining ingredients. Garnish with additional shredded parmesan and freshly ground black pepper.

Storage

The salad is best served fresh. You can store leftovers in the fridge for a day or two.d
