  • 2 cups onions, diced
  • 2 teaspoons coconut sugar [Or substitute with any granulated sugar]
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2/3 cup Mother Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • salt to taste

Optionally, if you do not have the Mother Mix

  • 1/2 cup almond flour [also known as ground blanched almonds]
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca starch [also known as tapioca flour]
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan.

  • Add the balsamic vinegar, onion powder, and salt (to taste).
  • Remove half of the onions and add them to a blender with Mother Mix (or equivalent ingredients) and water. Blend on high for 1 minute.
